Target

You know, I got what I was looking for! All (almost all) the stores in this days are locking up the condoms. I don’t know why. But at this store I got in and out. But generally when I was working in this area, this Target was one of my favorite stores. Things easy to find. I’m a person that I’m not wandering around, I just go in get what I need and out. Thank you! 😉

1 cash register opened and a line of 25 customers waiting on 4 self-checkout. If I don’t need the popsicles for the Sunday BBQ party. I would just leave the shopping cart and walked away. Think about it if I need to wait over 20 minutes in line to pay for the popsicles and spend another 30 minutes driving home. The popsicles has been out of the freezer for almost an hour. I don’t want to waste money on some halfway melted popsicles that I had to paid top dollars on. Thank God another cash register opened. A really nice customer saw that I had a lot of frozen goods in the cart and he let me go ahead of him.

This is a shout out for the target employee who listened to my complaint that my package wasn’t delivered for drive up. My husband didn’t tell me and picked the package 5 mins before me. Thank you for patiently listening to me and talking to your manager about it. I was getting late so I left after informing one of other employee. Thank you for being kind. Also thankful to target for this drive up facility.

I visited here to potentially buy a TV and some TV accessories for my office. The employee asked if he could help, which was great! But once I told him what I was looking for and it didn’t seem like we could easily find a solution he left it at that. I looked around for a little bit, but there wasn’t very clear marketing on the TVs I was looking at, and there wasn’t an easily accessible way to be able to navigate the TV to find out if it had the features that I needed. When I went to go ask the employee For someway to navigate he was nowhere to be found. I’m going to spend my money elsewhere with someone who seems to care about the sale. I’ll probably go to Best Buy. Cops outside the store detaining someone and a general messiness of the store didn’t help.

My fiancé and I arrived 20 minutes before closing. We wanted to get our son a present for his birthday and we needed it before tomorrow. We went up to one of the workers and asked if she could help us out because we saw there were 4 in stock online but none were in the store. She went to the back and told us to wait for her. We waited until the store lights shut off then we started getting nervous. Another worker came over to make sure we were being helped. Shortly after she was attempting to help us, the original worker came back with the item we requested. She had to go to the very back of their inventory and get the large item down herself. She managed to do all of this just shortly after 10 pm. She then walked us to the front with our items and each worker that was at self checkout was extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful. They even wheeled it out to our truck for us and helped us put it in. I get anxious being in a store right before it closes but this experience was incredible. Thank you to everyone who helped us out last night, truly made a stressful situation go smoothly.

I have gone to this target for years and I've left happy except today. I bought three albums on the black Friday deal of “Buy two and get one free” and the cashier was already troubled by other people’s purchases, confused as he was new. So, when my turn came, he seemed as if he struggling, and I felt like he made a mistake. I went back to the store to get this checked which took over an hour. After I went to the returns and exchanges, another person informed me that it was alright since the last purchase was free, and instead, they would cut off money from the previous two purchases which is ridiculous and absurd. Nowhere did it clarify that, or explain that the last is NOT free, which sounds a lot like a scam. So? the service was horrible, took way too long for something so simple, and I will not be coming back due to this experience. I don't recommend purchasing anything from here.
